Mindfulness for kids:

The Blueprint:

This program is designed to bring about and sharpen the skills that your child already has. Mindfulness sheds light on their ability to be aware of their thoughts, actions, and emotions.

Little humans have big feelings and the Mindful Minds program was created so that they could learn to understand that it’s not only normal to feel the way you feel but there are healthy ways for you to learn how to cope and understand what you’re feeling.

The program is also curated with the parents and caretakers in mind. Everything is laid out and set for you to simply read out the explanation, observe, and gently guide when our little humans inevitably get distracted.

Mindful Minds will touch up exploring taste, sound, breathing, and kindness exercises.

Not only is this a fun and unique experience for your children to explore but it’s also going to give them tools that they can use for a lifetime… all learned at playtime.

Are you ready for your children to dive into an experience like no other?

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

You just spent your whole day at work…

You walk into the house to find your kids screaming and playing, the house feels like a circus and you immediately want to ask for peace and quiet at the expense of their playtime.

You feel defeated because the amount of energy left in you is barely enough to make dinner tonight let alone sift through the internet to find a meaningful way to connect with your children in a way that you feel benefits them and doesn’t drain you of any last bit of energy.

You are a great parent but despite how hard you try, you’re not superhuman and you shouldn't have to try to be.

Mindful minds is specifically curated for the parent that wants to take their child’s life to the next level but is also working and living a busy life. I see you, I hear you.

I created this program for you. The amount of work done by the busy parent/caretaker is minimal all while the tiny humans are learning tools that will help them become more secure and self-assured.

Not only will this make your afternoons easier, but it will also bring you peace of mind when your tiny human goes out into the real world because you would have known that you raised a strong human from the inside out.

Meet Paulette

Hello you beautiful soul,

Thanks for making it to the bottom of the page, my name is Paulette! I created The Nanny Playbook to provide parents and caretakers with the tools and resources to help our little humans learn about themselves and feel equipped to take on this world.

As a former nanny who has taken a dive into mindfulness in her life, I only wish that I would have implemented some of the tools you see in this program into playtime while I was with the kids.

The little girls I nannied for made such an amazing impact in my life and though I may not be around to return the favor to them I’m paying it forward by making it simple and easy for you to take playtime to a new level with your kids.

This project is only the beginning of what I hope to be a movement of programs and activities for our little humans to become superstars at being themselves.

I love to hear from parents about what I can do to make this better for you, please feel free to reach out!
