What would you do to make sure your children were growing strong from the inside out?

Mindful Minds is the framework for your child to learn valuable skills to increase self-efficacy, decrease stress and anxiety, and bring about more emotional awareness.

Mindful Minds

Taking your tiny human’s relationship with themselves to another level.

You just spent your whole day at work…

You walk into the house to find your kids screaming and playing, the house feels like a circus and you immediately want to ask for peace and quiet at the expense of their playtime.

You feel defeated because the amount of energy left in you is barely enough to make dinner tonight let alone sift through the internet to find a meaningful way to connect with your children in a way that you feel benefits them and doesn’t drain you of any last bit of energy.

You are a great parent but despite how hard you try, you’re not superhuman and you shouldn't have to try to be.

Mindful minds is specifically curated for the parent that wants to take their child’s life to the next level but is also working and living a busy life. I see you, I hear you.

I created this program specifically so that the amount of work done by the busy parent/caretaker is minimal all while the tiny humans are learning tools that will help them become more secure and self assure in their person.

Not only will this make your afternoons easier, but it will also bring you peace of mind when your tiny human goes out into the real world, because you would have known that you raised a strong human from the inside out.

The Blueprint:

This program is designed to bring about and sharpen the skills that your child already has. Mindfulness brings about their ability to be aware of their thoughts, actions, and emotions.

Little humans have big feelings and the Mindful Minds program was created so that they could learn to understand themselves when they come across these big feelings.

The program is designed to be carried out through the span of X weeks. It comes with individual worksheets for the kids and for the caretaker or parent that's going through this exercise with them.

In addition to worksheets that explain how to go about this step by step, it also comes with an audio/visual component that you can choose to include or exclude. The audio component explains the exercise for your kids and even comes with specific music to tune into while they are going through this experience.

Mindful Minds will touch up exploring taste, sound, breathing, feelings, and kindness exercises.

The program is also curated with the parents and caretakers in mind. Everything is laid out and set for you to simply read out the explanation, observe, and gently guide when our little humans inevitably get distracted.

Not only is this a fun and unique experience for your children to explore but it’s also going to give them tools that they can use for a lifetime… all learned at playtime.

Are you ready for your children to dive into an experience like no other?

The Curriculum

This is where you lay out the week by week process of the situation

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

- Mindful.org

I used to worry that I wasn’t doing enough for my children with the time that we did spend together, but now I know that while we bond and play we are both learning about ourselves and making each other stronger in the process.

I get to avoid the drama and disappointment of feeling like I didn’t do enough for my children.

I don’t worry as much when they go off with friends or venture out into a new situation in life. They are strong, they are sure of themselves, and they will stand for the values that our family holds.
